It reminds me of a story . A Bureaucrat who was retired telling this to his audience that once he was posted in a rural area . The Government started a hydro project and wanted the people to realize the benefits of the project and he was advised to go out and explained the people of the potential surrounding area that how important it is for them to have a dam .
So, he said he started up saying that not only the water which would be stored could be used for electricity , but the same water can be used for their land and for their crops. .


After when he finished telling them the benefits , one of the elderly got up and said ,sir what is the use of such water from which you already taken the electricity out ? ? ...

This is what I call patwari logic, not attacking you. It is difficult to prove your point when the majority is illiterate and uneducated. I will not try to prove my point and analysis with numbers that I have already done for myself. All I can say is that IK is Pakistan's only hope in the current situation
