At 2 PM they had the services of LOCAL EXPERT available to rescue the rest of the people with ZIP LINE DOLLY but NAPAKARMY did not allow that. They wanted to SHOW OFF THEIR expertise. WHEN THEIR EXPERTISE started to FAIL they ALLOWED the LOCAL to DO HIS STUFF. BC NAAPAAK ARMY IS GOOD FOR NOTHING JUST LIKE some PATWAREES on this FORUM.
