Please read what I wrote in the beginning of the post.

"Intention of this post is to, not create any fitna but to let our muslim brothers know, who think Hanafi maslak is wrong or this masla is بدعت ضلالہ done by Hazrat Umar رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ (ALLAH forbid نعوذ با اللہ). Difference of opinion is OK but to think that other maslak/Aalim/Scholar is GUMRAH or JAAHIL is not the right way."

No maslak is wrong, even ghayr muqqalid. Every maslak & ghayr muqqalid are Ahl-e-Hadith.

It's us who create taffaruqa. We are the one who say each other Gumrah, Fitna, Jaahil, Kaafir etc. due to close mindedness & little knowledge. We are the one who think that we are the only one who are right & others are wrong. Respect each other.

I have an interesting observation if we dont pray namaz as per sunnat or quran molvi say it wont happen but if one give tallaq wrongfully molvi say it occur .

Halala on the other hand is very disgusting thing but still molvi never say it haram etc.

The 3 talaq in one sitting issue is important as people do this fist and thn have to surrender innocent wife to Halala Bull , what a bayghairti

If you have read the daleels from both masaalik then you will come to conclusion that they both are not wrong.

Halaala is haraam if it is a planned one, there is no doubt in it. No one disagree with it.

Surah Baqara - Ayat 230

فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِن بَعْدُ حَتَّىٰ تَنكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَ*هُ ۗ فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَن يَتَرَ*اجَعَا إِن ظَنَّا أَن يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّـهِ ۗ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّـهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٣٠﴾
پھر اگر اس کو (تیسری بار) طلاق دے دے تو اب اس کے لئے حلال نہیں جب تک وه عورت اس کے سوا دوسرے سے نکاح نہ کرے، پھر اگر وه بھی طلاق دے دے تو ان دونوں کو میل جول کرلینے میں کوئی گناه نہیں بشرطیکہ یہ جان لیں کہ اللہ کی حدوں کو قائم رکھ سکیں گے، یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی حدود ہیں جنہیں وه جاننے والوں کے لئے بیان فرما رہا ہے۔
