Today SC hit GOVT twice. One the case related to elections are schedule for 15 May. Seconf NAB amendment bill case is schedule on 16 May. Govt is in deep shit now.
Sir I have said it many times on this website for the last one year and repeat on your demand that the decisions and words of SC and its judges are nothing, not even having as much worth as a street hawker, until , unless , the Danday wali sarkar is standing behind it. It is a mere tool to fool us and the rest of the world.
You and others might be thinking that SC and IHC has given relief to IK independently, NO, you are wrong, if they had to do it, they could have done it much earlier. This is all drama baazi, same is the case with the two "hits" you mentioned, these would have only those decisions which approved by appropriate authority, that is it. Otherwise, SC and courts have been only delaying the things by giving strange, ambiguous decisions for open-and-shut cases. When they are given a nod, they can disqualify PMs on petty things like not writing a letter in time etc and when tey do not have a nod, no matter what PM and ministers say and do, they cannot disqualify them. There was a demand from estab to give IK some medicine, they dragged him all over just because of some indirect/unsaid words against judge Zeba, on the other hand, PDM ministers and politicians are abusing them openly and no one even bothers, why? Because, they do not have the NOD of the powerful.
