بریکنگ نیوز ، عمران خان اور شاہ محمود قریشی کی سائفر کیس فیصلے کے اپیل کا تفصیلی فیصلہ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے جاری کر دیا تین جون 2024 کو عمران خان اور شاہ محمود قریشی کو بری کرنے کا مختصر فیصلہ اس وقت کے چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق اور ہائیکورٹ کے جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے جاری کیا تھا

عدالت نے حکومتی وکلاء کے کراس ایگزامینشن کو غیر تجربہ کار قرار دیا اور لکھا کہ اسکو اگر چھوڑ بھی دیا جائے تو ثبوت بھی ناکافی تھےپراسیکیوشن ہر طرح سے اپنا کیس ثابت کرنے میں ناکام رہی۔

I will not celebrate and cease the moment at this point in time.
My hunch is... this has been done with ill intent to give illegitimate regime a chance to file an appeal against this acquittal in the supreme court. In the SC this case will go to the so called aaieni bench. And we all know what this aaieni bench is, and the bias and contempt these judges have against the person of Imran Khan and the PTI.

Therefore, no premature rusgulling please.
