Referendum in Pakistan
Can any body tell me, if there is any rule in Pakistan to conduct a referendum on certain, if yes, what is the rule. e.g. in Switzerland a referendum is conducted on an issue, if the issue originator is successful in getting 50,000 signature from the Swiss Citizens.
