Who was a traitor, Mujeeb or Bhutto?

Lately, this question has been raised and brain stormed about by many esteemed members of this community, with some perplexing, conflicting and confabulation statements passed on by a few. I am not a Bhutto glorifier as many on this forum know well from my past, but for the sake of enlightening many of the younger age, and setting the record straight, I want to open this forum. The question is whether or not it is sagacious to pass on the reigns of a nation to a person who is sold out to enemy, even if he won majority.

It's right, Mujeeb was a traitor.
Handling of east from west was a stupid system.
I believe east and west should have been run through different legislative assemblies with full autonomy without sharing any revenue and a symbolic president should have been there for both countries.
Even it can be done now.

None of them. Mujeeb was fighting for Bengali nation. Bhutto was fighting to become PM in West Pakistan. Yahya only wanted to keep his job as President after Mujeeb became PM.

Who told you he did nothing. He was house arrested after he had completed his job.
He should have been prisoned in 1960. Bangladeshi people can not afford him for more than 4 years and he was shot dead and dragged. Otherwise he could have created dhakistan.

He took a risk and succeeded. He could have been killed in jail, he could have been killed during trial but he succeeded. His daughter now reaps the fruits for what he sow. Bangladesh is now progressing leaps and bounds.

Bangladesh is progressing, I fear that.
Yes they have done something good but under the quota given to them by EU to stop radicalization.
This can be stopped easily by a single move by EU as EU is controlling our development.
But there are many factors as well. They have one single neighbor and do not have neighbors like us.
But I pray for them more success.
