He is asking all 18 years olds who obviously dont have any knowledge. Its almost 35 year old story and there is no active movement for Khalistan. Sikh in overseas are quite strong so if a new movement starts , overseas sikhs will be key as they have the money and resources needed . But its still a long shot for Khalistan to actually happen.

Pakistan doesn't need to do any dreaming about Khalistan - the Sikhs are already well under way with their independence plans and Kartarpur is the masterstroke which brings that reality so much closer.
