As long as you are not allowed to arrest women this will continue. Obviously the elected MPAs are only worried about sarken banana....garbade uthana....which is not their job......Ever wonder why in no country driving licences are asked or kept at the time of chalaan only in Pakistan...in normal countries they send you a fine by post (can be challenged as well). In case its unpaid it gets doubled and stays on your record. Meanwhile here you are not allowed to arrest women ..

This is very old case please stop repeating it. She was fined and she had to apology from the police officer.
