Did Pakistan give cruise missiles to China in 99?

In 1996, US fired 12 Tomahawk Cruise Missiles on the hideout of Bin Ladin, 3 of those missiles fizzled out before reaching target and fell, totally intact, in Balochistan. MNS was informed of this event and he ordered that those missiles should be brought to his Ittefaq Foundry and the metal should be recovered from them. Then his advisor ISHAQ DAAR, cautioned him that the Missiles are live and still have High Explosives in them and can damage his Foundry, so he ordered that they should be given to Pak Army to defuse them and deliver them to his foundry. Army took possession of the Missiles and never returned them. He was very angry and demanded his property back, Army decided to keep the Cruise Missiles and in exchange sent One of their own Captains, Capt Safdar as compensation. Capt Safdar capabilities were under par and MNS was not happy with his Performance and KARTOOTS. Since that day MNS and Army has been FRENIMIES. Long Live PAKISTAN

This was 20.08.1998 and not 1996 .
BB was PM in 1996 .

As well as it was only 2 missiles hit Pakistani ground and not 3 .

Otherwise Pakistan needs to explain what happened to the „ Third Missle „ ;)
