I am glad you said this. For the last 25 years world has dominated by thugs. Actually Bankers all over the world are turned into organised mafia and whole world has gone out of money. Mostly these are JEWS and this is the sign of the change. It is a long discussion but result will be disintegration of USA in to many pieces. It is a matter of few more months.

More than the better pay and equipment, they need to be de-politicized. Preferably, citizens should be able to elect the policemen, like the community policing in Britain and the sheriff system in the US.
