The relief granted by LHC is interim in nature and no appeal lie against interim Order.

لوہار ہائی کورٹ ہمیشہ شریف خاندان کی مدد میں پیش پیش رہا ہے اور یہاں کے جج صاحبان کے دلوں میں شریفوں کے لئے باباۓ آدم کے زمانے سے انتہائی نرم و ملائم گوشہ پایا جاتا ہے- باقی قیدیوں کو ریلیف ملے یا نہ ملے، شریفوں پر تو لوہار ہائی کورٹ میں اٹھتے، بیٹھتے، جھکتے بس "میاں جی، تن کے رکھو!" کا راگ الاپا جاتا ہے

ویسے میرے خیال سے یہ ایک بہترین چال ہے، کیونکہ اگر میاں سانپ واپس نہیں آتے تو سارا نزلہ لوہاریوں کے ججوں پر گرے گا.​

I think now is the time to revisit and understand what judge Shaukat Siddiqui said. To me, i see every pakistani as a prisoner, who have no right to opine according to his own sense and thoughts. Ya Allah swt bless pakistan

آج کی عدالت کا فیصلہ شریف خاندان کے حق میں آنا پاکستانی قوم کے لئے بہت خوشی کے دن کے طور پر منانے کا ھے آج عدالت نے شریف برادران کے حق میں فیصلہ کر کے اپنی عدلیہ کے ماتھے پر کلنک کا ٹیکہ لگا کر اور پاکستان کی 22 کڑور عوام کے منہ پر کالک مل دی ھے اگر آج کی عدالتوں کا فیصلہ شریف خاندان کے حق میں نہ آتا تو 22 کڑور عوام کو کیسے علم ہوتا کہ پاکستان کی عدلیہ کےچہرے کے پیچھے کونسی کالی بھیڑیں موجود ہیں جو عوام کے ٹیکسوں سے تنخواہیں و مراعات وصول کر رہے ہیں اور خدمت اپنے کرپٹ آقاؤں گوڈ فادرز کی کر رھے ھیں
ادارے آنکھیں کھولیں اور اداروں میں بیٹھی کالی بھیڑوں کو سسٹم سے نجات دلائیں ورنہ ملک اور قوم کے لئے تباہی کے سوا کوئی راستہ نہ ہوگا میں کبھی مایوس نہیں ہوا ہوں ایسی طرح یہی ٹائم ھے ملک کو ان کالے سانپوں سے نجات دلائی جائے
لہذا قوم مایوس نہ ہوں بلکہ آج کے دن سیسیلین مافیاز اور اس کے سہولت کار کھل کر عوام کے سامنے آگئے ہیں اورعوام ایک نئی جہدوجہد کے ساتھ آگے بڑھیں گے اور اب یہ 22 کروڑ عوام اپنے ملک کی عدلیہ پر لگی یہ کلنک کا ٹیکہ اور عوام پر لگائی ہوئی کالک کو ضرور صاف کرے گی ۔ انشاء اللہ

I am practicing attorney and know law and rules. The court has not finally disposed the application so govt will not technically get relief. However, other provisions regrading conduct of judges and shar clan can be assailed by pointing out that when affidavit of Shar bros were not signed how come Oath Commissioner attested unsigned affidavits and the judges did not take notice of illegality. Order us not sustainable under law but technically unless application is finally decided, no chance of decision of grant of leave to appeal against the Order.
