No there is no need for any new resolution in the UN but that un should make india make good those agreements that are already there. Failing that pakistan has right to go to war with india to free kashmir from indian occupation for good provided kashmiris also declare there merger with pakistan through un so that if pakistan wishes to go to war with india it could go ahead with it without fear of any repercussions.
