Democracy is a messy business, both within the party and at the national level.

No major party has survived this much democracy within the party...

Even this credit goes to the leadership skills of IK that he honed from his cricketing days!!!!

This much democracy had been exposed by justice wajih and how people surrounding IK got elected in Intra party elections.

democracy or no democracy if IK is true and sincere in getting his objective then he must form a council of wise people and he must get used to facing criticism and allow and encourage party members who could do accountability of their leaders and they all must perform

No doubt there are a lot of shortcomings that should be highlighted with constructive criticism.

However, one has to consider viability of the party as drastic changes will create further rifts in a party that already has a lot of fissures.

Personally, not too happy either with domineering of the party by the turncoats.

then this is the role of party leadership to remove these fissures ,isn't it?
why they are sleeping over the issues?

never mind it is the performance and your efforts towards your goals which matter in the end
