Focus on change

Destiny of mankind is written by the mightiest of all even before evolution of life, itself. How big is universe, its still a mystery. All religions taught same lesson of peace, harmony, equality, justice, and stability of mankind. Disasters always surface after grooming and can never be predicted as to when they will happen like eruption of volcano.

Pakistan is in trouble just because we are tardy, inefficient, corrupt, radicals, illiterate and mafia infested. Nothing is based on evaluation or calculations, alone. Circumstances are developed when a change is destined to happen. We are always led by them who sprang up from no where when masses are gathered on street. Our ruling elite is always hungry for power which guarantees them a status to remain above the law, accumulate wealth by graft, hefty emoluments with perks and privileges for their personal interest putting at stake even country sovereignty.

Immediately after its emergence as Islamic Republic of Pakistan our nation mostly remained in grip of selfish and feudal administrators who were always conscious that nation must remain dependant on them for their powerful emergence as leaders of this country by increasing poverty, ignorance and denial of basic civil, educational & healthcare facilities to common men in Pakistan against the aspirations and exhortation of its founder and maker, Mohammad Ali Jinnah who categorically stated that the first and paramount duty of any government is the imposition and maintenance of law and order. Quaid was under no illusion that Success is a journey and not the destination but had no time left to groom the new born Islamic state. Religious parties and 5th columnist both create chaos and turbulence to nourish their ulterior motives and are our die hard enemies.

Todays Pakistan is passing a crucial phase as all state organs are not in an absolute cohesion because the incumbent government in center and provinces are with those power brokers who safeguard their and foreign powers common interests and had no vision and intensions to resolve the burning issues our nation faces in practice.

When ruling elite and state functionaries are equally obeying the policies of IMF, World Bank and similar other economic super powers in line with anti Pakistan lobbies as per their directive, a ray of hope still sparkle to redress the nightmare ground realities which an ordinary citizen is braced with. Its a miracle that we are still not diminished as a Muslim state & first super power in Islamic World (first ideological state) like Iraq & Yugoslavs being land of believers who remain steadfast in thick n thin purely on account of firm faith and strong belief in supremacy of Allah alone. Though we are surrounded by hostile neighbors who had most modern weaponry and terrorist support to flush out our meager safety strength their endeavors are never accomplished as planned, merely on account of our preparedness to confront with full might seeking life after death as a gate way to heaven, for an eternity. Fortune favors the brave and no evil can over power them. Since inception, all such moves had rebuke and no apparent logic is known to our stringent enemies for their shameful failures with complete support of traitors, in abundance.

Brain having highest IQ level and wealthy businessmen, Industrialists are fast moving out of Pakistan due to increasing flux & bad governance plus corrupt practices. Highly skilled and educated individuals are equally seeking Immigration abroad mostly in Canada to settle in community welfare state to get security benefits and pension on retirement. To remain above other citizen as Canadian National in our sick administrative and legal system is an added advantage.

The light of knowledge, enlighten the dark matter, all around. An intelligent living being controls the movements, of the heavenly bodies, and changes the destiny of nations. Semblance of Iqbals Eagle with Muslims is not vague as when it rains, most birds head for shelter; eagle is the only bird that , in order to avoid the rain, starts flying above the cloud.

Never forget that life is very small, fragile and delicate, like an open candle flame. Just like our own life. Even a warm breath of air can make it to stop and die. Islam guarantees glory when Muslims are true believers. A person is non Muslim if he fears death. Our beloved Prophet, Muhammad (SAW) is narrated as saying by Abu Hurairah (RA) that Allah's Messenger, who is the most truthful, said verily your creation is on this wise. The constituents of one of you are collected for forty days in his mother's womb in the form of blood. After which it becomes a clot of blood in an other period of forty days. Then after forty days it becomes a lump of flesh and Allah sends His angel to breathe life into it, as well as to convey instructions concerning four (4) things: The angel writes down his livelihood, his death, his deeds, his fortune & misfortune. (Hadith (Bukhari_Muslim)

Its ironical that Islam is not practiced in letter & spirit in the Islamic World. We, in Pakistan are in grip of fear, hunger, social & moral injustices just because we are not taking Islam in its true perspective. Crux is that, that we are under a vague impression that powers of world today, can harm us worst if got offended. Messenger of Allah, had narrated some signs of Doom and these are When female-slave, will give birth to the master, when the naked, barefooted will becomes the chiefs of people and the shepherds of the black camels would exalt themselves in buildings. Doom is one of the five happenings (wrapped in the unseen) which no one knows but Allah (SAT). See, are these signs not visible in todays Pakistan?

Wake Up Pakistan, Zardari. Altaf and Nawaz are steeling and looting our assets....No more musical chairs for time tested. Change is a continuous process in entire Universe and has
become inevitable. Movement into the future we have yet to create. Only life can bridge Time and Void. Many times, in order to survive we have to start a change process. We sometimes need to get rid of old memories, habits and other past traditions. Only when freed from past burdens, we can take advantage of the present. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. Its a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results. If you focus on change, you will get results.

Insurrection

Insurrection

To avoid turbulence in civil society Islam teaches us to envisage the basic needs of all human beings with impartiality and the administrator must provide harmonious governance system in the state where justice, education, healthcare facilities, job opportunities are equally available to all while curbing social evils like, nepotism, patronage, graft, extortion, bribery and embezzlements from the social and moral fiber in an Islamic state.

Crises emerged from renaming NWFP in Hazara Division is a backlash of our collective inefficiency and lack of knowledge about past history of this region. Political heads are hardly aware that a total of 30 languages are spoken in NWFP and as such, much diverse cultural races live in this province. British carved out NWFP from Punjab on November 9, 1901 and gave it this non-racial name NWFP keeping in view its diverse population and cultural sensitivities. Demand of separate Hazara Province is result of ANP insistence on renaming this part of country as per their age old slogan. After signing 18th amendment bill by President of Pakistan 1973 constitution has removed certain amendments in its various clauses to usher democratic and parliamentary form of government in Pakistan. Now, collective aims and ambitions are accomplished but what about dilemma that an elected PM can easily be sacked by party chief and similarly, defecting MPs can be unseated if they refuse to tow along their party line in considering national interest above every thing. Devolution of powers to the provinces in 18th amendment bill, now part of 1973 constitution is without any real power to raise money after discernment of much acclaimed concurrent list and thus, entire exercise becomes futile.

Though Judiciary has the rights to interpret the constitution but, top legal minds feel that this legal frame work is a direct attack on the independency of judiciary and thus, is in clear conflict and contradiction with the fundamental which guarantees the independence of judiciary under 1993 constitution. If judiciary becomes under parliament then how it will be judgmental as per aspirations of more than 16 Crore Pakistanis?

By claiming Parliament Sovereign and Supreme did our politicians and political parties ever thought that credibility of parliamentarians is most controversial, in itself. Its pertinent to state that those elected to this August house are not true representatives of people whom they claim to represent as majority (above 50%) is either below age, resides overseas or refrains from casting their vote on various grounds and candidates who stood for public representation are all known as corrupt, inefficient, radicals, illiterate and mafia infested in their respective consistencies. They got elected to parliament on tickets of mainstream political parties and can use wealth and fire power during elections. In addition, they are least interested to attend the house business for which they are elected. Sole interest for them is being above the law, hefty emoluments with perks and privileges. Remember, Feudalism is always dependant on poverty, ignorance and denial of basic civil, educational & health facilities to people for powerful emergence of feudal lords in parliament claiming representatives of down trodden masses, who are otherwise in their clutches for survival.

Members of the parliament & Senate had proved time and time again they are not capable to make laws for smooth governance as their majority is serving for their vested interests and above 85% of them lacks any knowledgeable information on matters / subjects which come under discussion in Parliamentary sessions. Our incumbent governments at centre and in all four provinces are not capable to provide relief to the suffering masses from the facing crises of un education, unemployment, inflation, load shedding, war on extremism and are victim of executive-judiciary tussle. Co-operation from general public is always demanded but no direct e-mail or contact numbers of those in charge is ever given or published, as no one is willing to accept responsibility to meet the growing challenges to redress peoples problems and grievances.

We are mafia infested and as the politicians are part of it nothing can be done instantly we have to hope, against hope for a change in blood and in mindset with an emergence of new faces in our parliament. Get rid of the old and bring in the new educated men who work with diligence to change socio-economical fiber of society. We need education which will bring discipline and awareness among people.

One must retreat to the beginnings of this country and the exhortation of its founder and maker, Mohammad Ali Jinnah, that the first and paramount duty of any government is the imposition and maintenance of law and order in lieu of his given motto Unity, Faith & Discipline. Todays Pakistan has little relevance to Jinnahs One State of equal citizens and none at all that emerged with passage of time. What Mohammad Ali Jinnah did not envisage then was deterioration of the judiciary of his country, which was firm and steadfast during the short time he had. Without an independent and responsible judiciary law and order is a far cry.

Social & moral ills ushered in ruling elite even before the murder of Liaquat Ali Khan. The mighty Pakistan Army when in power has been either unable or unwilling to impose a system where law and order prevails with the sole exception of a brief period in the early Ayub Khan years when a far smaller army than we now have, less politicized and radical, did manage to bring in, a semblance of order and apply the law as it should be applied. "Aims & Ambitions" needs to be converted in achievement without any political or radical approach on religious matters. EBDO (Electoral Body Disqualification Ordinance) was a blessing for the citizens of East & West Pakistan as it bared all political parties from functioning for ten (10) consecutive years and during this period industrial growth and economic stability was at its peek in Pakistans history by and large. Present Pakistan (then West Pakistan) was ONE Unit and no provincial assemblys set-up existed, to accelerate loot and plunder and the need to reconciliation among any province or political parties for smooth functioning of state organs. Collective population was nearly the same as that of present Pakistan but a cabinet of less than a dozen Federal Ministers was sufficient to run the affairs of state with tranquility and harmony. Corrupt politicians were removed from the scenario and nation was moving towards stabilization. Unity among masses remained till removal of Ayub Khans rule and the war of 1965 was a symbol of our collective strength.

Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto turned tables on Ayub Khan and rose boggy of hidden agenda in Shimla Accord after leaving Ayub Khans Cabinet and on forming his own Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). After lapse of EBDO Bhutto and Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, both swept general elections of 1970 in their respective regions.

After dismemberment of ONE Unit in 1970 and on ousting Ayub Khan by then Army Chief, General Yahya Khan. The 1965 war, the East Pakistan disaster, the wild years of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto during which the constitution was constantly violated, and the nightmare years of Ziaul Haq from which this country has never recovered ensured that law and order would not figure on the lists of priorities, nor would the judiciary be given a chance to recover and reform. Till his death Bhutto never disclosed mystery of hidden agenda in Shimla Agreement taken place in Moscow (USSR) after ceasefire of 1965 Indo-Pak war. Thereafter, Bhuttos legacy started and destroyed social, moral, merit and economical fiber of civil and military infra structure in dismembered Pakistan whereas internationally Wisdom is neither inheritance nor a legacy. With an exception of 1970 general election did an average citizen ever believed that all "Referendums" and "Election" results were genuine, and "The Election Commission of Pakistan" was ever independent? Present crises and NRO is fruit of our collective greed, hunger and lust for power.

Who rules Pakistan is now fully known to entire nation. When distressed masses come out and insurrection is surfaced then, no fire power can control situation on ground. Change is a continuous process in entire Universe. One must therefore, remain optimistic that sun of glory is bound to emerge either sooner or later. Remember there is no 'dearth' of wise men with highest knowledge and IQ to over come present crises for a sustainable change in Pakistan but then, these men of credibility can never be elected under existing set-up.. Think about, how we can help collectively the common men, in Pakistan.
