Agaya Punjab ka wasim akram.....Police reforms to hotey nahi.....inko pata bhi nahi k police reforms kia hota hai.....they have thousands of low IQ trigger happy paindus in Punjab police and have no idea what to do with it.
Reminds me of our history not so long back. In 1840's after the death of the great maharajah of Punjab Ranjit singh....one of his widows faced a huge 70,000 strong uncontrollable Punjabi army out of her countol. She decided to provoke them into a war against the british to cut it down to size and ultimately destroy it. This Punjab police is a giant which has to be cut down and destroyed and replaced with a new police along the lines of motorway police....who will do it? The people who are building 5 million homes (3,000 homes per day)
