Ban on YouTube has been lifted by PTA recently,which was imposed months ago due to religious reasons..If you are unable to open it Yet then Install Spotflux from its website(www.spotflux.com)..You will be able to access every website which is restricted Via Spotflux..

The best thing would be banning all social networking sites. We as a country have not matured enough to be able to use it for anything progressive.

Young girls are being raped, parents have no knowledge about technology and what could be its drawbacks. Cellular companies are so cheap that every common man is in a position to misuse it.

I know some of my fellow posters will not like what i said but in my opinion Pakistan would be a lot better if we had kids of facebook and off mobile phones.

Pros

first i used it one 2 pc's it was amazing get the job done and doesnt spam u with adds etc..

Cons

its virus it doesn't let me access the net thro browsers but i could do skype calls or go open my game play online , that is just the start i kept trying to get the browsers to work but not, then it started giving an error messeg u cant alt tab or go any other place al-f4 or Ctr+alt+Del doesnt work, i did scan my pc with Kaspersky pro it came with my motherboard for free, and it didnt detect anything so i had to format the pc,( ofc i did try couple of restarts same the window pops up and u cant get away from it) lets say i might got it from a website when i did browse net after using he spoflux but i did format pc now no virus using avast again i did download all drivers etc.. and got spotflux then avast warned me to execute the program for potential virus etc i said yes, so the installation did get canceled and couldn't be done so i had to install it again and this time for avast i clicked no still avast did cancel the installation so 3rd time i did disable avast,same pop screen came

Summary

now i did scan pc cant find **** and i didn't even download anything from any website i even got spot flux from here cnet, also to just triple check i went to my laptop i never connected my desktop to laptop or used usb to transfer files, just downloaded spot-flux from here directly to my laptop same **** happens.
it Have a Maleware according to avast and its right i wish i didn't disable it now format again

Spotflux is so far best, it streams very well. = ALWAYS YT ACCESS

Then we have Ultrasurf which sometimes didnt work that well but a good one. = MOST OF THE TIME

Lastly try opendns, assign opendns' DNS in preferred and alternate DNS. The only issue with DNS is that it allows YT sometimes not always= SMOMETIMES

tauba agar kal ko kisi nay paper per koi blasphemy kar de to hum paper b band kar daeen gay.
kisi nay aaj tak ya baat to nahi ki k pakistan mai ALLAHA OR RASOOL ALLAHA kay khalaf hum 24/7 jang mai masroof hai (intrest bases banking system)

I've been using youtube original one without any restriction but this doesen't work in hyderabad and works in my village. Anyone who wants to try they should login to there gmail id and then on the top along with Images, search and other options there'd be option of youtube, click it :)
