Very unlikely, arabs are rout of oil, they know that.
This price increase in oil gave aramco 3 times more profit (out of which they donated a billion to Pak)
they will never let it go down, on top of that winter is here and slight change in weather pattern may raise the demand well beyond expectation.
Countries like Pakistan are already suffering from economic crisis, load this on top of that..
