Why Neutrals want to drag deputy speaker ruling in SC?

SC took Suo Moto and quashed Qasim Suri's ruling in a matter of hours and did not even bother to call him to explain his reasoning. However, they are taking ample time to adjudicate on the issue of Deputy Speaker decision which is a clear and obvious violation of constitution.

Neutrals and status quo cannot afford to cede Punjab to PTI for several reasons as outlined below.

# Crime Minister will be rendered toothless as PTI will be ruling in majority of the country.

# SS has to make the difficult decisions in the center, while PTI will mostly have the task of spending money on developmental projects.

# If SS has to dissolve National Assembly, PTI will still remain in power in KP/Punjab and as a result NA elections will be conducted under PTI controlled provincial machinery.

Because of these reasons the decision may not be announced on Monday. My suspicion is that they will further drag this case by using various excuses including making of a larger bench (Aitezaz Snake and Ansar Bicchu are favoring it).

By buying time, they want to come up with a way so that PTI cannot form the government in Punjab. Some of the possible ways of keeping PTI at bay are,

# Dissolve Punjab and National Assemblies simultaneously before the verdict is announced. This will be quite controversial but anything is possible in this country. That may be one of the reasons Hamza is again reinstated as interim CM which does not make any sense as Buzdar should be the one as he was the last properly elected CM.

# Expedite cases against Imran and somehow trap him in their farcical judicial process. Unlikely, but again not out of the question.

# Order to have CM re-election and then force/coax Pervez Elahi (mole of GHQ) to part ways with PTI, most plausible scenario.

Ansar Abaasi spilled the beans after all.

Neutrals and dynastic mafias are spooked by the overwhelming support for PTI in bye elections.

No that is not true. It took 3-4 days for the verdict

My recollection of events is not that good. However, they did take the Suo Moto, opened courts on the weekend and in the middle of the night as well as refuse to hear Qasim Suri for the rationale of his reasoning for the ruling.

well, one thing to mention is that at that time Judges tried to convince Shahbaz Shareef to go for midterms but he refused. I remember his words "jamhooriat ko chalnay dain". At that point, there was no other choice but to refuse Qasim Suri's verdict.

Mark my word The court will give verdict against Imran Khan. Court knew that its open and shut case against Hamza. But they took few days to discuss with Bajwa. Bajwa will give verdict and they will announce on Monday.

SC always give false options. They also told PTI lawyers (most of them are either incompetent or are moles of GHQ or other parties, like Farogh Nasim) to either let Shahbaz be interim CM or some other unpalatable options and PTI lawyers opted for Hamza to be interim CM.

Even if they struck down Qasim Suri's ruling, they should have at least hear him out like they are doing it now.

You are so pessimistic . ... Why are you so Pessimistic. Don't you trust your SC and its Judges ? Or they are also Mir Jaffer and Sadiq... Like the rest of the 220 million people in Pakistan ?

Why I said this?
Bajwa removed Imran Khan, not to bring him back. There is no question of Mir Jaffer or Mir Sadiq. Judges are helpless and coward and cannot stand against Army. Slowly slowly we are going towards anarchy. I am afraid that people of Pakistan also coward like Judges. The time is near when Army and Awam will come face to face. The people will stand against army? Its a question mark?

They are totally duffers. Only way they impose their will on us is through brute force sprinkled with patriotic songs and nationalistic dramas.
