That some included me as well and I have not changed my mind about it.
I don't know if you arguing in my favor or against because a rich man will buy a degree for his son whereas it is likely that a poor man's son may not have the fee to sit in the BA / Bsc Exams.
In democracy you can't have one certain class to rule, true democracy in longer period of time will filter out the uneducated and less capable types.
