i will advice you gadha gari, very cheap ( approx 10 000 roupies) no CNG / petrol needed only some grass and water. life expectancy 10 to 15 year

How you manage it in France? I thought donkey's are not allowed on streets? (bigsmile)

I drove once Honda CG 125 in Pakistan and it was great experience that time.

France main bus paidal ya public transport pay safar karta hoon, aur kiyon kay main capital aream main rehta yahan taqreeban har gali main metro (underground wali) ka intizam hai.
Main ne licence bhi driving ka pass kiya tha laikin na hi gari ki zarurat parti hai aur na hi itne paisay hain keh afford kar sakoon

You are right. Tube system in Europe is very good. Most people don't need car.

Second hand car from Germany is very cheap. I have good links there. For 100 -400 € you can have a reasonable car. I would help you if you ask for.

second hand car bhi france main itne ki mil jati hai laikin us ke ooper kharche bohot mehge parte hain. har mah taqreeban 120-150 euros ki insurance ke paisay hote hain, jo kay driver ki umer, gari ka purana ya naya hona aur jitne driver ne accident kiye hoon us kay hissab se paisay dene parte hain. plus har do saal baad us ki full checking karwani parti hai. Aur petrol ya diesel ke to paisay bande bande pe depend karte hain, keh woh kitna chlata hai. Aur kiyon keh main flat main rehta hoon aur nichay commercial area hai to gari mujhey majbooran parking main khari karni parey gi, jis ke per month 30 euros hain.
laikin jab bhi zaroorat pari aap se zaroor contact karoon ga.
