What if IHC provides Insaaf to Imran, like it did to Nawaz Shareef

کل احتساب عدالت نے عمران خان کے ساتھ بہت زیادتی کی - عدالت کی کاروائی سے ہی خان صاب کو اندازہ تھا کہ کیا ہونے جا رہا ہے - اس لئے انہوں نے اس عدالت سے کہا کہ جلدی جلدی یہ ڈرامہ بند کرو سزا سناؤ اور نکلو
اب خان صاحب اس سزا کو اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں چیلج کریں گے - تو دیکھتے ہیں وہاں کیا ہو سکتا ہے

اس کے لئے سب سے بڑی اور عمدہ مثال دنیا کے کرپٹ ترین انسان جنابے نواششریف صاحب کی لیتے ہیں

Nawaz, who was serving a seven-year jail term after his conviction in the Al-Azizia case, was granted rare permission to seek medical treatment abroad in October 2019.

I have not claimed on 5 years being true wait time. Please look at my post again, I stressed on the 11 months of the waiting time for "NS being in Jail".
This was definitely the Playing of Aanohha Ladla IK who was not letting this happen. And then Bajwas got fed up and sent NS to London.

It is also pertinent to observe that Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif initially filed appeal (Crl. App. No.121-2018) and also moved a number of petitions under Article 199 of the Constitution, one of them being W.P.No.3716-2019, which was disposed of vide judgment dated 29.10.2019 and eight weeks bail was granted to him by way of suspension of sentence; thereafter, he proceeded abroad during currency of bail period and never returned to Pakistan; consequently, he was declared a ‘proclaimed offender’ and his perpetual warrants of arrest were issued and the said appeal was dismissive judgment dated 23.06.2021 on the basis thereof with the observation that as and when he surrenders before the Court or is captured by the authorities, he may move an appropriate application for resurrection of the appeal.

You can not compare an honest leader like Imran Khan who has 200+ Bogus cases with a known corrupt and fugitive Nawaz Sharif, who always strikes a deal to escape prison and returns to power by licking boots.
To date, Nawaz Sharif and his family couldn't provide thier Avenfield apartment's money trail and lied to the parliament and the public several times.
Everyone is aware of how the courts dismissed the cases involving him and his family.
