What can Pakistan do on kashmir issue

The first step is to hold a referendum and make Azad Kashmir part of Pakistan. This is an absolute necessity as India will not stop there and you could see their narrative changing and focussing on Azad Kashmir. We really have 3-5 years maximum as you will see mass migrations to Jammu from urban India as there is large business potential in Kashmir. Also, Kashmiri's will be lured into other parts of India. India's intentions are clear but we are not clear on what we are trying to achieve. Logically speaking Indian policy might work as money drives everything and if you get 10 times the market price for your land people will forget Tahreek e Azadi and choose better lives for their kids.

If India succeeds, we will have Azad Kashmir at least and if Indian policies backfire, then we have a realistic chance to achieve our long term goal of independent Kashmir. Our policymakers should really need to start thinking of long term strategy as it's only a matter of time, Kashmir will be filled with non-Kashmiri's and Tahreek will die.

1.build pressure on India on all international forums ICJ UN etc
2.Assist Kashmiri Mujahedin with aid arms and training
Only then how India will set back and come to dialogue
