Well, certain RFID chips are already available in the market and IT IS PARENTS CHOICE if they want their children to be bugged. the "CHIP" which is getting advocated for in the parliaments to be made compulsory means "Children Health Insurance Program" not an electronic microchip. I see your location as Canada, so you must be quite aware of the compulsion of car insurance before you set out to drive your car.

oh yeah I am quite aware of it....the first couple of years after I got my car, my dad paid almost as much insurance for it as my university tuition :|

ha ha ha ........really.............yes this is just a CHIP............now I know, why they do not have any problem to make this law that new born babies must have these chips via vaccination......sure....try it for your kids.....will be easy to trace the kids........please go for it..........
