I don't agree. Imran Khan has a full right to say that he doesn't agree with the Supreme Court decision. He can still say that he would rather Asia Bibi hanged. Why is he quiet ? There is nothing wrong in showing a difference to the supreme court's decision. Molana FazulRehman did. Why can't he ? Supreme court delaying the decision to strengthen Imran Khan's government would mean supreme court is not an independent institute but work under Imran Khan. That does not happen in a democratic government. Imran khan did not say a word when same Khadim Hussain Rizvi staged a dherna against PMLN. He never thought one day the devil will be after him too.

Why Imran should involve in it??SC judges gave verdict..no body can't change this..only full bench can over turn this verdict.. Going against SC means you fight with the State..SC is the only higher authority in any state..No body stand against the state...SC ko reject karnay ke Lia constitution ko khtam karna paray ga..means Marshal Law...

People are quickly outraged over "immoral" content showed on TV that can have a negative effect on youth. Well, what is more immoral than letting extremists radicalize the youth further by airing these extremists' speeches and interviewing them etc.

Does he even have an option? His own cabinet has TLP sympathizers and there is no action against them. The committee that Atif Mian was removed from has incompetent superstitious Mullahs who have been discredited by top US Econ departments.

Sheikh Rasheed was seen going to TLP sympathizing Mosques and begging for their votes. There are many others that I cant remember from the top of the head but it seems like PTI is closer to TLP ideology than PMLN. Even though PMLN is supposed to be centre right.

Read my comment again. When did I say that Imran Khan should have been involved in the decision. I am saying in a constitutional democracy it is right of every citizen to agree or disagree with the court decision. Why can't Imran Khan say that he disagree with the court's verdict. Why can't he say that he respects courts verdict but he believes Asia bibi should have been hanged. Molana Fazul ul Rehman made the above two statements. Silence gives consent. Imran Khan silence means he agrees with the court decision.

So, the answer is NO, you couldn't find a second example. Members of his cabinet have their own views and I myself disagree with those honoring Mumtaz Qadri be it anyone.

Besides who inducted and praised Atif Mian in the first place? It was Imran Khan. I am sure you would have seen those speeches as well. But turning a blind eye just to prove your lame point. The government couldn't take on such a war in early days. It has to strengthen its roots first, provide education to the masses so as to isolate such extremist elements, only then taking them head on would prove fruitful.

As for western media, their pathetic lame articles mean nothing. They were after Khan even for peace dialogues and war against terror. Now the same US is begging Pakistan government to play the role of a mediator in US & Afghan Taliban peace talks... What a pity!

Btw even this verdict will have consequences and the government will have to face it. The judges will be provided full security so, they wouldn't have to worry about anything.

The society is so polarised that now people threaten and blackmail the state, calm down people and do not destroy your own country with your own hands. If courts / govt did something wrong then the details will emerge soon and then you have right to protest peacefully.
