Urgent - Anyone specializing in treating snake bites please help this baby girl

A request to every person with humanity still left, this baby girl of age 3 was bitten by krait on 11th June at 3am n she is on ventilator from 5:30 am of 11th....she is getting the best treatment we can give but her condition is critical,if you know any doctor who has treated such patients, and who were cured then please let us know or if the doctor him/herself is reading this post then please contact us for the sake of humanity, we can't take her out of city as she is critical and on ventilator...please for the sake of humanity share this post as much as you can, your help and prayers can save a life...please contact on this number if u know any doctor who can help her...we are giving her the best treatment but still given no hope

Sad, common krait, yaani sangchur ya bemurshida saanp. Very deadly snake because the bite is almost painless and by the time someone realizes they have been bitten its too late Unfortunately other than having the right antidote there is nothing much that can be done. And even more unfortunately majority of the hospitals and clinics in Pakistan don't have the antidote :( Doctors can't do much without the antidote either.

We can only pray for her and that maybe someone is able to find a vial of anidote lying in some hospital or clinic and able to bring it to them in time.

I am not expert in snake biting but rule of thumb we need to make sure what kind of snake is that as anti venom is specific of every snake type. I dont know if we have anti venom ready to inject at the area she is treated.
but again keep the vitals in check. Her calcium level should be ,maintained as most snake bites act on the calcium channels hence respiratory collapse.
Conatct shifa intl hosp asap they should have the anti venom for local snake variety.

Last time it was under General I D Hasan or K D Hasan right ?and if i am not wrong he was founder DG or some thing like that time and this institute was famous for serums and vaccines ?

They have been providing her all the care available.

She is still in Coma.

They have already given her Polyvalent ASV's 10 vials on very first day.
Followed by 8 vials.

Since she is in comma and ventilator support we need to pray for her, as this is the most critical part.
May ALLAH GRANT HEALTH TO THE LITTLE ANGEL.

Its good that they gave her anti-venum from first day and providing ventilator support as most common complication from snakes bite is paralysis and respiratory problems.

This might look very scary but it is common for Krait bites to result in temporary neuroparalysis. Some people have been documented to make recovery after 4-5 days of coma and no brain activity.

Recovery can take about 2-3 weeks but with proper ventilator support and anti venum she should make a full recovery as mortality rate after proper care is less than 3.5%

Most of the 75% mortality rate statistic for Krait bite is from rural India where they do not have access to anti-venum and proper medical care.

ہم سے ابوالنعمان نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ابوعوانہ نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابوبشر نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابوالمتوکل نے بیان کیا ، اور ان سے ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے کچھ صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم سفر میں تھے ۔ دوران سفر میں وہ عرب کے ایک قبیلہ پر اترے ۔ صحابہ نے چاہا کہ قبیلہ والے انہیں اپنا مہمان بنا لیں ، لیکن انہوں نے مہمانی نہیں کی ، بلکہ صاف انکار کر دیا ۔ اتفاق سے اسی قبیلہ کے سردار کو سانپ نے ڈس لیا ، قبیلہ والوں نے ہر طرح کی کوشش کر ڈالی ، لیکن ان کا سردار اچھا نہ ہوا ۔ ان کے کسی آدمی نے کہا کہ چلو ان لوگوں سے بھی پوچھیں جو یہاں آ کر اترے ہیں ۔ ممکن ہے کوئی دم جھاڑنے کی چیز ان کے پاس ہو ۔ چنانچہ قبیلہ والے ان کے پاس آئے اور کہا کہ بھائیو ! ہمارے سردار کو سانپ نے ڈس لیا ہے ۔ اس کے لیے ہم نے ہر قسم کی کوشش کر ڈالی لیکن کچھ فائدہ نہ ہوا ۔ کیا تمہارے پاس کوئی چیز دم کرنے کی ہے ؟ ایک صحابی نے کہا کہ قسم اللہ کی میں اسے جھاڑ دوں گا لیکن ہم نے تم سے میزبانی کے لیے کہا تھا اور تم نے اس سے انکار کر دیا ۔ اس لیے اب میں بھی اجرت کے بغیر نہیں جھاڑ سکتا ، آخر بکریوں کے ایک گلے پر ان کا معاملہ طے ہوا ۔ وہ صحابی وہاں گئے اور «الحمد لله رب العالمين» پڑھ پڑھ کر دم کیا ۔ ایسا معلوم ہوا جیسے کسی کی رسی کھول دی گئی ہو ۔ وہ سردار اٹھ کر چلنے لگا ، تکلیف و درد کا نام و نشان بھی باقی نہیں تھا ۔ بیان کیا کہ پھر انہوں نے طے شدہ اجرت صحابہ کو ادا کر دی ۔ کسی نے کہا کہ اسے تقسیم کر لو ، لیکن جنہوں نے جھاڑا تھا ، وہ بولے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر پہلے ہم آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کا ذکر کر لیں ۔ اس کے بعد دیکھیں گے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کیا حکم دیتے ہیں ۔ چنانچہ سب حضرات رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کا ذکر کیا ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا یہ تم کو کیسے معلوم ہوا کہ سورۃ فاتحہ بھی ایک رقیہ ہے ؟ اس کے بعد آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم نے ٹھیک کیا ۔ اسے تقسیم کر لو اور ایک میرا حصہ بھی لگاؤ ۔ یہ فرما کر رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہنس پڑے ۔ شعبہ نے کہا کہ ابوالبشر نے ہم سے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے ابوالمتوکل سے ایسا ہی سنا
