I beg to differ! Absoultely absurd and wrong analysis!
After WTC there is almost negligible incident of such scale, they are 1000% more capable of preempting and stopping the incidences in primary stages
on the other hand we keep on having these incidents as we have zero intelligence and technological advances that we can stop them before incident!
we can only do the reactionary strike but pre emting is way beyond our failed intelligence agencies.
In USA its school shootings by lone wolves which are not the same as these hard core dehshatgard !
when DG ISPR is busy in govt affairs meddling then how can they perform well. its security failure everytime and noone get fired for this lapse of security

Things are growing slowly. Ups and down can happen.

I keep on saying this since day one, that as long as USA is in Afghanistan, these incident can't be stopped completely and these are at minimum level nowadays.. Pakistan geography is its positive side as well negative.

Pakistan is engulfed within three hostile countries i.e. Iran, Afghanistan and India and Top of that US and allies and other proxies exist in Afghanistan as well.

CPEC and China is another issue which Pakistan needs to complete but it can't possible without incidents. CPEC and China attract more enemies for Pakistan. So it is a complex situation for Pakistan and can't be seen in black and white like for other countries.

ISI stands for inter services intelligence............it is responsibility of IB and police for counter terrorism..........

ofcourse its army job to secure

If they are helping you does not mean that it is not your duty..............Police and IB should be in forefront of counter terrorism..............your police don't even have the capability to take out 2 or 3 terrorists...........everytime Army SSG comes n clear the area for you..........be grateful not always cynical

Abb kya karain humaray civilian instutions ka bura haal hai...........on purpose I don;t know..........but reality is to fight those bad boys only Army is capable .............I have seen a single terrorist holding off Police battalion for whole day an in the end he even managed to run off.........all this Model Peshawar police n all they are good but in the end only Army is professional enough to fight these animals

So in training they teach them how to kill people in front of kids???? it is just unprofessional that is what we lack in our civilian institutions....... for example if a doctor kills a patient because of medical negligence are we going to blame his teacher or his own practice
