UAE: Indian jailed for secretly filming womens in Supermarket toilet at Dubai

Dubai:
A 25-year-old Indian man has been sentenced to three months in jail for secretly filming with his mobile phone women using the toilet in a supermarket in Dubai.
The man, an employee of the supermarket, used to hide the mobile phone in a detergent box and film women when they used the toilet, The National newspaper reported on Monday.A fellow employee discovered the mobile phone when it started ringing as she was using the toilet. She informed the supervisor who, on checking the device, found clips of women using the toilet. On further inquiry, it was found that the phone belonged to another supermarket employee, identified in the report by only his initials, MM, from India.
The man confessed to having filmed six women, but during his trial in a Dubai criminal court he denied having hid the mobile phone. He will be deported from the UAE after he completes serving the jail sentence.

This is a big dilemma ...If there are no toilets then its one issue and if they have Toilets then its another issue ...Dont know which way to go ....Is this conduct befitting of humanity ?? ...I mean come on !!

Pakistan condemns this and urges authorities to bring the perpetrators to the book.

Our message of peace and love as always !!:)

Ohhh Indian desperately needs girls. Most girls are killed in India while in the womb. They do'nt find any girl even for marriage that is why they rape and marry with dog or fulfill desires with other boys.

3months punishment, deporting; narrating the incident to MIM family will give him enough dose of life!!

But Mr MIM kind of guys is creation of our economic, social system; 20years ago , it would had been tough finding an unmarried 25 year old man. Aaj kal, men have to wait long to find a suitable bride. Bride's family ke demand jyada ho gaye hai.

@The thread starter is a pervert, mud slinger & surrealist who believe in illusionary world of perfection. This topic ain't the serious issue for our society. If anyone of us are seriously interested in solving this problem, we need to find out the root cause of it.

Joghini ....Please post real news from a credible source not fake news ...thanks !

A Pakistani student who tried to rape a lone woman after dragging her into an alley has been jailed for six years.

Business studies student Ali Mustafa, 21, stalked his victim after spotting her walking along Batty Street, Whitechapel, in the early hours of a Sunday morning.
After Mustafa asked for her mobile phone number, his 24-year-old victim tried to shake him off by seeking refuge in a nearby convenience store at around 3am on June 16 this year.
But he waited outside, following her along The Highway in Shadwell before pulling her by the arm into an alley. He then sexually assaulted her, causing her to fall to the ground, where he tried to rape her.
The screaming woman managed to fight him off, but her attacker stole her mobile phone before fleeing the scene.
His traumatised victim was found by a passer-by who stayed with her until police arrived. Mustafa was arrested at his home in Pinchin Street, Shadwell the next day, where police found the stolen phone hidden beneath his pillow.

Rape is a national problem in India: UN rights chief

Nagendar Sharma, Hindustan Times New Delhi, January 01, 2013

Terming acts of sexual violence against women a "national problem" in India, the UN human rights chief has asked the government to strengthen its legal regime against rape, but opposed the demand of death penalty for rapists.

Navi Pillay, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, in her detailed reaction on the brutal gangrape of the 23-year-old student in the Capital, who later died in a Singapore hospital, said attacks were taking place against women of all social classes in India.
"This is a national problem, affecting women of all classes and castes, and will require national solutions," she said.

Pillay welcomed the anti-rape protests, saying this will help women in overcoming fear in the New Year. She said the Indian government has taken some steps towards ensuring women safety, but much more stronger moves are required.
"Now is the time to strengthen India's legal regime against rape. I encourage the government to consult widely with civil society…..Urgent and rational debate on comprehensive measures to address such crimes are required," said the UN human rights chief.
Pillay asked the government to invite the “UN Special Rapporteur on violence against women to visit the country to assist it in this process,” since these rapporteurs are independent experts and are trained to investigate on such issues.
She, however, opposed the growing clamour of death penalty. “However, terrible the crime, the death penalty is not the answer, Pillay said, cautioning against such an extreme response.

We urge Pakistani Pakistani govt to take immediate action to curb rapes by their nationals traveling outside and India is willing to assist in this matter since rape per capita is lot higher in Pakistan as proven by Unicorn in previous threads
