Mr.Sethi thanks for your nice and valuable comments .I have been saying off and on about these issues but govt is not paying attention.Today finally the secretary general of UNO said the bad reputation of this govt is the main hinderance that international community in not donating generously so who is responsible ? I have met many people who dont trust this corrupt govt . Chinese have their complaints about this govt,they said they warned this govt about Ata jheel but this govt did't take any action on time and the result was a havoc.This incompetent govt does not have a clear direction,lets put some experienced people in place who can watch and take care of the donation and relief efforts and money being spend on affectees properly and honestly.why not cut down all non productive expenses and all parliamentarians stop taking the salaries for at least one year until situation gets better because these are among the richest people of pakistan.A simple life style, no made to measure suits but instead shalwar and kameez.Sell all the govt's expensive cars ,expand the tax base ,if you cut down the tax rate more people will happily pay taxes like in america.There are many suggestions but who is gonna listen,no one? Can we talk about the dams now or still against them ?If we decide to work on at least 2 dams, kala bagh and bhasha dam after this flood is resolved ,we can save our next generation from this kind of havoc .It all depends on our good intention and national patriotism .Civilised nations think about their national interest 100 years before rather than after like us.
