Ties with Muslim world depend on US behaviour, that's right but does he really mean it or it's just another attempt/tactic to win so called Muslim hearts and minds.

PROVE BY ACTIONS NOT WORDS, GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR ARSES AND BE SINCERE IN SOLVING PALESTINIAN, KASHMIR dispute, stop arming our enemies and telling us that you are our friends when clearly we have evidence against CIA, Mosad actively fuelling unrest in fata and balochistan (with ofcourse RAW's help) by committing terrorist activities.
Admiral Mullen did not single out specific government communications programmes for criticism, but bemoaned that there has been a certain arrogance to our strat comm efforts. that's so true :mrgreen:
The Muslim community is a subtle world we dont fully and dont always attempt to understand, he wrote.
Only through a shared appreciation of the peoples culture, needs and hopes for the future can we hope ourselves to supplant the extremist narrative. First sensible thing he said.
