The rats are in a panic and want to jump overboard, but the captain of the aimlessly floating tanker MIAN Saab DOESNOT want them to leave his ship and leave him all alone to face the cat . He is praying night and day for someone to put the ANCHOR around the cats neck to halt its advance with its razor sharp nails. Some rats are suggesting to crop the cats nails, but which rat is going to do that.
Kill the rats without fear and favour and clean the country from this plague, that is killing its ignorant masses.
No one sheds any tears on a dead rat.
