I don't agree with this report. I think Pakistan is Nr. 1 easiest place to start a business.

Small Businesses even don't register company but making good business.

This is why Pakistan in such a horrible condition.

No proper tax collections from businesses and it is just ruining Pakistan.

I agree with you. But topic here is easiest place to start business. Not the most ideal place to collect tax :)
