South Asia became a battlefield to test the new generation of weapons developed: hiwever yet to be tested in battlefield. Both India and Pakistan indigenously developed and also modified the purchased weaponry from other state. The crisis between India and Pakistan stipulated after supposedly terrorist attack on tourists bus killing 16 people. India took it an excuse to attack on Pakistan. US vice President Vance while on a private tour in India ignored the gravity of the issue and considering it as a local crisis which would fizzle out after some blame exchange and limited measures. Even President Trump took it a casual issue and issued statement that both India and a Pakistan will dissolve their long lasting enmity. However India put responsibility into Pakistan and initiated military assault with ; aerial bombing and missile exchange. As situation developed grave with threat of nuclear exchange; US interference helped ceasefire between India and Pakistan. Both sides used modern weapons they acquired from the West; Russia and China. It was a hybrid war involving C4 - Command; Control; communication;& Computers. Cyber technologies revolutionised the strategic nature and norms of war. The venue became the testing field for all checks and live demonstration. Both India and Pakistan acted as a Bait for the purpose.
As the outcome of crisis the Military Industrial Complex once again prevailed. New Clients for US and market expansion for China. We will proudly heal our wounds with defence budget increased and widen taxation and obviously - The legitimate Kickbacks… long Live the KING…
