Bro, I don't think you read my post properly. I said I only watched part of his speech, only the fag end of it.
I heard two issues which he was addressing at the time.

1- Problem of voting fraud, like in the recent by-elections, I have already described it in first post.

2- Second problem of suitability and legality for some members of parliament to hold their seats.

Let's take the example of the Sahiwal NA seat. Apart from voter fraud, the man elected was made to resign from his seat because of his fake degree.

Here is the fundamental issue of a crime here. Even though the condition of degree is removed by the new amendment to the constitution, therefore according to that rule, he should have been eligible to take part in the elections. Provided, and this is the crucial part, he had not committed the fraud of submitting a fake degree. Surely someone who defrauds the electoral system purposefully and deliberately is a criminal.
Please tell me how a criminal can be eligible to stand for a parliamentary seat in the parliament?

Shamefully, these by elections happened after this new ECP is formed, under Justice Fakhiruddin. Was he sleeping that he allowed a criminal to stand in a by elections?

I told you, I am not Mr Qadri supporter. I could have hundreds of disagreement on theological and religious issues with Mr Qadri. But here we are not discussing religion or theology.

I was hoping IK would raise these issues with ECP and request to disqualify such people who have won the by elections. PTI still have chance to do so.

If they don't, mark my words PMLN would run away with the elections by committing large scale voter fraud. The image of one of newly elected parliamentarian doesn't go from my mind. He recently said in a TV program, it doesn't matter how votes were cast, the bottom line is I delivered what I had been told to do by the leadership.
This man, the new MNA from Sahiwal happened to be someone from UK. After his picture was displayed and someone pointed to the fact he is the owner of "Lahori Tandori" in Tooting, I realise I know this man for years. Almost for two decades. He had served me enough "Curries" in the past, when his restaurant was new and before he made huge money. Why I am saying it is because he is definitely holding British nationality, which means he had not been truthful in his submissions to ECP for by elections too.

I hope you understand my points. I am not favoring Qadri or backing his call for wholesale changes, or postponement of the elections. But that the lessons should be learned from recent by elections. If the lessons not learned, PTI would end up as loser. They may have to restore to street demonstrations afterwards when it is too late. Why not do it before the elections so it could be fair?

As you correctly pointed out , to go against these political mafia, PTI needs as much as support as it can, we have made it forgone conclusion that PTI is going to sweep election, it could be true only if the democracy was of UK or any good democratic country standards where the democratic institution are strong, we are not intersted in TQ personal life but he can generte enough street power to get the current Mafia into holding a free and fair election and that what PTI wants as well. Look bro, For the right reasons, just ignore what Qadri stands for in religious terms. You are not asked to become his followers. The point is the elections to be fair. I tell you what, if IK is smart and have good advice, I would say, to stay quite, don't come out in support or against Qadri. Let PMLN and PPP chase his shadows.

This way, IK would keep his options open without really partnering Qadari.

But the street power's call Qadri has given would shake both Zardari and Sharifs. His people wouldn't descend on Islamabad from skies. They would pass through streets of Pindi and other cities of Punjab. Now both government would be worried. At least it would stop the plans of PMLN in its track. I prefer if IK should have done it, but I don't think he is planning to do so. If no pressure is placed on these crooks of PTI and PPP they would do what they are good in doing, buy the elections.

I have warned participants here on the personality and activities of Dar. He is planning lots of things, he is the instigator of many "Muk Mukas" between PPP and PMLN. The danger is, Shahbaz would install his henchmen at key positions in Punjab establishment like police and interior ministry so even after he leaves they still be there to do their dirty work.

I have seen nothing in new ECP chief Justice F to give me any confidence. You would remember my words after the elections. I don't think he is going to do anything at all to stop the fraud and election of those who should be ineligible to contest the elections.

You would see in such case PTI would be agitating after the election and then everyone would laugh at them. Remember, PTI has most of Journalists against them.

According to Constitution of Pakistan Article 218 Claus 3, elections should fulfil following requirements:

1. An honest and fair election in every respect.
2. Election based on 100% equality.
3. No unfair means should have been used in election.
4. All corrupt practices and methods should be stooped in election.

5. There should not be any doubt of any wrong doing in election.

Without fulfilling those all elections are unconstitutional
