LAHORE Former MNA and Southern Punjab leader of the PPP Rana Mumtaz Noon announced to join the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz after his meeting with PML-N President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif at Raiwind on Friday.

Noon expressed complete confidence in the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, while the latter welcomed Noon in the party.

The former prime minister further said during the last three years the PPP government had miserably failed in eradication of corruption, load-shedding, price-hike and unemployment, while it did nothing for bringing stability in the law and order situation, betterment in peoples lives.
