LAHORE: The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) reviewing the PCO judges issue has been challenged in Lahore registry of Supreme Court.

The petitioner Barrister Zafarullah in his plea said justice is not excepted because the judges who gave the verdict against PCO judges will also be a part of SJC.

He asked how the judges who gave decision against PCO judges could make justice in SJC. SJC had already delivered its verdict against them.

The petition stated that SC neither gave verdict against former President Musharraf nor eliminated NRO instead of it, revive the 37 ordinances and delivered verdict against judges which is unjust.

This is interesting, need to see, what will be the out come of this appeal, Its better for these culprits, to brought this subject in US or UK judiciary because these people will never feel satisfaction against the result, some how would these people be sympathize, they took the opportunity, because they thought in their opinion, those who were gone, they were consider as history, and they were sure SJC will never come back, these people they never thought that, this could revert, otherwise they could never dare to do, what they did, and now they are looking for justice, those who become the part of judiciary assassination are now looking for justice, but they should be given justice, and after the final verdict, I will advise them, they should go to the public and verify SJC decision, and I am sure they will come to know exactly the correct answer, what they deserve. I am sure they will never have face to go to the Pakistani Citizens.

Regards.
