[h=5]Siasat.pk domain is hosted by pknic. They were hacked today and they are trying to recover right now. This is the reason our site is down as well. Hopefully Pknic's recovery will be quick. This is the second time in past 6 months they were hacked.

Right now Siasat.pk is only working for some. It isn't pinging everywhere in the world.[/h]

Hackers target PKNIC, The News, Daily Jang, Other sites affected

PKnic hacked again but this time by Pakistan hackers called Pakbugs, the defacement has been done by changing DNS records, just to remind you that Pknic was hacked back in 2012 as well . Jang, propakistani,express and several other .pk websites were hacked . Pakbugs left a message for pknic to contact them so they can help them secure their system . Its looks like Pakbugs did this defacement to alert Pakistani authorities & PKNIC to improve their security else it will very embarrassing for our nation if outsiders keep on hacking .pk websites.

KARACHI: PKNIC has been hacked on Monday morning, affecting websites of The News International and the Daily Jang.
The defacement has been done by changing the DNS records of the websites which are maintained by PKNIC. The PKNIC staff is neither responding on phone nor on emails to the website owners​

PKNIC was hacked on Monday morning affecting several websites including The News International and Daily Jang, a private TV channel reported.
The message posted on www.pknic.net.pk was Here we go again, pknic.net.pk you think you control .pk domains? LOL you dont! today we are controlling .pk domains! after you patched your system we still owned you it was perfect security, btw we dumped 23,000 Accounts information successfully, including government news blogs forums etc etc
Earlier on Feb 1, hackers from India were continuously trying to hack Pakistan Today's websites and a group of developers were busy all day blocking the Indian IP addresses trying to control Pakistantoday.com.pk
