Should we boycott "Youtube" for not removing the blasphemic video in the love of our Prophet

Its the easiest and simplest way to boycott, but it would be more appropriate if we use the very same channel in positive way. Our IT experts can prepare our own videos, and other literature to counter the false accusations labelled in the controversial clip. Remember that Youtube also carries hundreds and thousands of clips praising the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) and his noble teachings. Banning the channel will deprive many people to benefit from these.

Should we stop seeing TV ? should we stop using other media resources. I would say no. The inventions are there , its upto you how u use it. U can use TV for Virtue or u can use it for worse as well. There is positive and negative uses. So use it for positivity rather to bolck it. We must answer them by showing the the real seerat of beloved Prophet pbuh PBUH Rahamatul-Lil-aalmeen. we can convert many non muslims to muslim by doing that. Because after answering them with reality the non muslims will automatically realise that what the film maker have done is absolutely false and they will fall in love with Hadhrat MUHAMMAD pbuh. :jazak:

I had the same view but it seems there are two options: 1. Ignore and not do something OR 2. Not ignore and do something..... I made my choice (and it does not include hurting someone or damaging someone's property)

I condemn any sort of anti_islam material but i believe in playing on even grounds,there are thousands of web sites that they have anti_islam material,just by banning you tube wont help.we should not watch the material we dont like,there is a lot better and informative things on net to search.

i am still a little confused about facebook because we all waster alot of time on it (bigsmile)

on youtube there is so much related to Islam as well but as per youtube's policy they did not block that either, so the point i want to make is we should reply this act in a more intelligent way and make video's with our point of view and with arguments and use the same medium to spread our message to whole world.

we should apply the same theory which we always support that an act of an individual does not mean act of the whole nation or religion. we should get all christians & other religions on our side as well by dealing with this issue with arguments and thats what our Nabi (pbuh) taught as us, also PTA should block certain youtube urls but no point in blocking the whole website.

i dont want to hurt feelings of anybody just wanted to tell that to blocked some thing is not a solution of problem.

If every one in Pakistan boycott You Tube And Google,You will get apology as well as removal of contents with in 24 hours.

I know many who boycott facebook earlier but started using it again after few days.. few weeks or few months...
Everybody can analyse himself better...

How long you kept youself away from facebook???????

How long you will resist yourself from youtube ????????

I feel most of us just raise false claims and are not honest to our FAITH in ISLAM...

I am not at all talking about should we boycott facebook, youtube or not..... I am just talking about how consistent we are with our commitment for our religion...
