No That is not what I am saying. But let me give you some figures and see if you understand.
It was 100.2 billion dollars in 2018
Peaked at 130.87 billion dollars when IK left
It is 131.16 billion dollars as we are speaking.
Just one billion dollars in two years when thieves took over. While you do the math about the rate of hike while IK was in power.
This extra 1 billion dollars hike is from the IMF. While we managed to keep paying the Treasury bonds loan that IK accumulated.
