i think this is going to be a big flop. Its a good idea but not practical.

For $1,900 I can instead get a good phone and a good ipad. Why use a half assed ipad and a bad bulky phone. And no the color choices for the hinge dont make up for any of this.

Galaxy foldable is a bit too thick for my liking

I think I will wait a few hours until it gets refined!

It won't be a flop

The thickness of mobile phones are decreasing each year

The only issue i see is thickness

It will evolve and become a perfect cell phone after 5 years.

LG or Sony have tv's that are as thick as paper

This is the future you are seeing sir

Maybe in the future. But as it looks right now, this particular device is not going to be a mainstream success. There are other applications for foldable screens such as education and university class room applications.

So not only phone designs/features, Shamesung is now copying ads as well lol. This is a lame attempt at ripping off the Microsoft Surface Studio commercial.
And this is not innovation JDI has been developing foldable screens for a long time now. Wait till you guys see the other foldable offerings at MWC.
Talk about imagination lol.

I don't give a crap about smart phones anymore. I used to before but not now. Been using them since they first came out in 2003 with the Imate Pocket PC touchscreen phone.

I'm probably one of the few people left on the planet that uses his smartphone until it dies of old age. My current phone is 4 yrs old Windows OS Lumia and have no plans on replacing it. The usb port stopped working almost two years ago, so been charging it using a dadoo charger since :p

And until it totally dies or becomes cumbersome to use. I plan on keeping it.
