Well hello there! I am new to the forum though have been lurking around for quite a while now. I have just taken part and have enjoyed myself with all the threads going around.

My interests lie with gardening and cooking, and as of late, I have really fancying a lot of Asian noodles, though I am not quite sure how to really pull a great Pad Thai off.
