Request to admins: Seperate section for 2013 elections

Admins can we have a separate section for “Election 2013”which has individual and distinct threads for each national assembly seats? Following can be accomplished in these threads:
Before elections
o Name of contesting candidates
o Previous results
o Member’s opinion and discussion about day to day politics
On election day
o Threads will project real time election results(members will update results)
