did person admit and gave any reason why he did this evil action. What was reason behind it.

I received the call just half an hour ago; every one is very tired there, my nephew only gave me little information I dont have much detail about it at this point.

Faiza you guys should take some extra measures to avoid such a painful situation in future.
Dont let children at their own in any reason, on the way to school or way back to home somebody must accompany with them. Dont trust school van driver or school security guards. Keep your all eyes open and pray to ALLAH all the time.
