Re-positioning required for Smileys

I'd posted this request 2-3 days back but it was deleted due to some unknown and untold reason.

I am talking about Smileys on post/reply a thread page. It seems really inappropriate and immoral to place the icons of pbuh, :alhamd: and :jazak: on the same row where smileys like :13:, (cry), (omg) are placed. Its my 2nd request to please place the Islamic greetings and icons on the top row.

Hope you understand the sensitivity of the issue and do the needful ASAP.
