This is the most easy thing to do when you have money. Thousands of government schools in Punjab don't have proper buildings, many don't have teachers; many are just ghost schools, millions of children are not getting even primary education.
This pathetic laptop scheme is just like there are millions of children who are naked and you distribute two-piece branded suites to some children who are already wearing cloths.
But we don't think, we are dumb, we are easily fooled by our kings (Sharif's and Zardari's).
