Punjab annual budget 2013-14: clearing some miscalculations by some of us

Especially for N-league supporters.

starting from page 25, looking at the expenditures, go to page 27 serial no. 09 and look for budget allocation for education; it's Rs.40,596.539 million means Rs.40.596 billion.

now run through the pages 43-47 and you can find the details explanation of how that money will be spent and remember total doesn't change here.

Now come to the development budget (ADP) in which they have allocated 32 billions for education, please go to page 53 serial no. 09 of the above mentioned document. According to main budget document the followings also come under the ADP (http://punjab.gov.pk/?q=system/files/WP.pdf), kindly go to page 39.
Daanish School Rs. 3,000.000 million
Punjab Education Foundation Rs. 7,500.000 million
Punjab Education Endowment Fund Rs. 2,000.000 million
Punjab Technology University Rs. 500.000 million
Internship Program Rs. 1,500.000 million

Now please count them up and show me the number, is it 72.596 billions??? please tell me where did are the remaining 137.44 billion rupees? Please check your own facts and then start debating whether it is 210 or merely 72 after including the ADP money.

Oh you should have a background check on me; let me introduce you little of me, I am from Mandi Bahauddin and I have studied in govt. high school Mandi Bahauddin and now doing my masters. so basically I am neither a burger nor a cheater, I just did some study on the topic and shared the nos. that's not a hard job to do and by the way source is from punjab govt's own budget paper then why r u making so much noise???

yep, it's true I am an engineering student but showing some nos. from a report doesn't require some special skills and by the way have done same exercise again and again when doing some projects, so it's not a hard job really.
