Provinces of pakistan___Need to reorganized ??,

I would like to request you all, please start a discussion for more provinces in Pakistan . In my opinion the structure of Pakistan state is to unstable due to 60% of population in one province and 45% of area in one province.
If we can make each division a province is the best if not than at least 5 or 6 for Punjab 4 for Sindh, 4 for NWFP 4 Balochistan and 1 Northern area and 2 for FATA. Detail is given below
Punjab Provinces
Punjab east (Majhi) - Lahore division + Sailkot + Narowal districts
Punjab north ( Pothohar) Pindi division
Punjab central Faisalabad and Gujranwala division except districts includes in Punjab east
Punjab west ( Sandal or Doaba (due to Sindh and Chinab river) - Sargoda + Deraghazi khan division
Punjab south ( Sariki or Thal ) Multan and Bahwalpur division
Sindh Provinces
Sindh South ( Kolachi) Karachi division + Thata + Badin District
Sindh centeral Haider Abad + Nawab shah Divisions
Sindh West Larkana division and all area on west of river Sindh from Sakhar
Sindh North Sakhar division
Pakhtoonkhawa Provices
Pakhtoonkhawa west Peshawar division
Swat All swat areas
Pakhtoonkhawa south Dera ismail khan + Banu division
Hazara Abbot abad and hazara jat
Balochistan Provinces
Balochistan north Quetta and sibi division
Kalat mostly old kalat areas
Balochistan east lasbell + winder + khuzdar
Balochistan west Gawadar +Pasni + turbat and surroundings
Federal areas
Northern Areas
Fata North
Fata South
In the above mention situation any province has maximum population of 15% of total (such as Karachi , Lahore or Faisalabad provinces) which restrict the bargaining position or monopoly of Punjab for central government. Area also not has too big in the same way so the funds should be distributed on the basis of 50% population and 50% area. I have complete idea and some how working on this but due to job problems I cant furnish it right now but hope fully I will soon prepare this paper and send you all with fact and figures.
My humble request to all of you, please think as Pakistani and social society professional (As columnist are the vast knowledge of social activities (Maa shara and Maa shrat) rather than any other professional) and start some discussion on this topic may be some other people come with better knowledge and ideas than me. This is my whole heartedly request for the benefits of Pakistani people.

This is very good. I have discussed it many times. This is the only solution. BUT neither the bureaucracy nor the politicians will do it ever.
There should be no provincial assemblies. The income should be distributed equally.

I support such an idea, only if Karachi was also divided into five districts. Right too much power lies with MQM, thats way they hijack every government. South Karachi will be Punjabi Karachi, East would be Pashtoon Karachi, North Sindi Karachi West will Balouch Karachi and Central will be Mohajir Karachi.

I know the what the topic is! When you say that Punjabis are the problem because they are the richest and biggest province hence the need to cut it down to small sizes. This is a typical MQM line period. My proposal is divide Karachi also into small sections so that MQM does not rule the roast.

I think district system is more viable option and there won't be many administrative changes needed as compared to forming new provinces.

I am unable to understand that how will this change the common man's life. A new burden will be put on the pockets of the tax payers in the form of bureaucratic expenses. I mean, imagine a governor and chief minister house alone, then there comes the chief secretary and IG house, how expensive are they to build? and how expensive are they to maintain?

Provinces will be abolished altogether. There will be divisions only under central government.

No doubt that Pakistan should reorganize its area.
We will get rid of provincial racism at least.
My suggestion is to divide existing provinces in three divisions and include Azad Kashmir also as a province of the state.

My idea looks like this:

Punjab (East Punjab)
Potohar (North Punjab)
siraikistan (west Punjab)

Sindh (interior sindh)
Cholistan (east sindh)
Debal (South Sindh)

Balochistan (East Balochistan)
Makran (South balochistan)
Bolan (West Balochistan)

Sarhad (upper Pakhtonkhwa)
Pakhtonia (East Pakhtonkhwa)
Khyber (West Pakhtonkhwa)

Swat ( Starting from Murrey to Swat and malakand)
Baltistan (northern areas)
Kashmir (azad Kashmir)

All these provinces should have a governor who will be direct under the presidency. The state of Pakistan should go over to "Sadarti nizam", and get rid of those black hole type of assemblies.
A Senate would exist of 15 members, each member will be representing his province.
The senate should appoint 5 persons and the nation should choose one of them. That elected president should govern the state til he reaches the age of 70, and again new 5 persons should be appointed by the senate (majlis-e-Shura) and the nation should choose one.
Members of the senate will be seated for lifetime, after one is gone, a new person from that area will be elected by the rest of the members of the senate.
Governors would be appointed by the president himself.
No opposition, no political circus and no elections.

Army should be direct under controll of the president.
Judiciary would be an independent institution. The policeforce would be direct under the judiciary.
Constitution should be Quran alone. Quran alone, so no sect could disagree. A new fiqh should be worked out, which should be called for fiqah-e-pak, and each year in the holy month of ramadan the fiqah will undergo ijtihad. Mosques would be direct under controll of the state and they will be no mullahs but the governor of each province who would be the controller of the "manbar".
Quran should be a sunbject in the universities.

All natural resources should be under controll of the state and would have staus as property of the nation. Land for agriculture should be given on lease to farmers. After their death the land would go back to the state. Electricity, education, healthsector and public transport should be free of charges.
The tax should be classified as zakat and should be regulated after each ones income.

The name of the state would be changed from "islami jamhurya pakistan" to Islamic state of Pakistan.

So u mean no one will have to collect food from garbage to feed himself, no one will sleep, at night, in chowk Chuberji, no one will snatch our mobile phones, no one will have to commit suicide and no one will die in road accidents and bomb blasts.

Sorry for being so harsh but I believe breaking down the provinces will only help politicians to rob us more not common man.

Ah come on brother, don't jump onto all the conclusions in one go. There is no single solution for all the problems.
All I mean is it would be easy to administer the whole country and at the same time it will help us (to some extent) get rid of the racism against Punjab that mostly indian agents in our country are spreading.
If there is a big problem, divide it into small problems and dealing with it becomes easy. NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG. I'M NOT SAYING TO DIVIDE THE COUNTRY :roll:
All the discussion is to redefine the administrative areas and the way they are administered.
Again it is one school of thought that I agree with, there can be more ideas of how to solve problems of Pakistan.
