I have installed two panels with power of 150W each. But I haven't connected any load to these, infact these are connected to the same battery which the UPS charges. Now the difference is this before installing these panels and during intense load shedding seasons, battery didn't completed 100% charge, but after connecting the power output of solar panels, the full charging indicator of battery lights up as the power sources to charge are two now. And if you are interested in solar power generation for your basic needs, do go for DC fans, they typically consume 30-40W as compared to ordinary AC fans we have at our homes that consume 80-100W normally. Good luck!
