There is a huge growth in Karachi population

Also try and visit the schools' conditions in these areas you'll probably understand why these people won't get literate in the recent future and understand the reasons behind their children not going to schools worse than public toilets but rather becoming "chotas" to local motor mechanics or being sent to local madrassas for one time free meal[unlike the madrassas of the middle ages] which gave alchemists, algebra, and physics, these madrassas don't teach them science or math which at least mite prepare them to reach a better standard.
PPP has done so much "development" in their areas, that their halqabandi is required in other areas as well, so to successfully sent the rest of Karachi and its living conditions back to the stone age, and make sure that some literate people left in the city get the hell out of this country. In 2008, there was a new record set for the amount of cast outflows when these corrupt terrorists PPP came to power, now its time to shift the skilled human capital to be shifted abroad, nice suggestion.

If MQM strongholds were developed by you, it gives you more opportunity that people will vote for you assuming that you will make their areas same as yours if your ones look like Paris.

You should encourage this more and more because it will only increase your vote bank by your logic...

Halqa bandi is a good thing but what is the objective. If it is done because population of a constituency has increased then it's a good reason but if it is done that certain ethnicity cannot win a seat then there is something wrong with PkRevolution. It should rather be my-ethnicity-first-Revolution.

Why not have this kind of halqa bandi all over Pakistan where minorities are not winning election. If objective is to defeat MQM with halqa bandi then why not impose martial law in Karachi only and have Zulfiqar mirza as the administrator.
