May Allah accept this wish and Asad Umer become PM of Pakistan. Ameen
I know we are all in love with IK, and wish to see him be our next PM given his struggle. But in all honesty, if we are to look at who is more qualified and fit for the job, it is Asad Umar.
Some ppl might just label him as a "technocrat" or as person of economics, but he has command over every single subject from sport to politics, to economics, national and international, and is extremely professional. I have yet to see a man as qualified and intelligent man as asad umar in Pakistan, including imran khan.

Don't forget brother...IK has the type of eye who can detect such people out of nowhere..who knew Asad Umar among us even though he's a CEO... I am not against your opinion but I just feel IK would have more impact internationally as he's known and knows the world out side of Pakistan better...

Agreed thats why i said IK can shadow him.....no doubt IK introduces Asad Umer and i know IK can make the Team from no where, thats why i suggested. Asad Umer can shadow IK as well. One or the other.......

Its easy to agree with you, but keep in mind the fact that Asad Umar, as awesome as he is, does not have the ability to hold the party together. He is not a politician at heart. He is a doer. He knows his stuff, and he knows how to implement it.
Imran himself may not be a doer or an economist but he knows his figures, and he does his homework when going into interviews and press conferences.
Currently, Imran is the only one who can hold the party together. Noone else will be able to maintain discipline in the party after incidents like Hashmi, etc
Completely agree with you. While I myself think that AU is more 'qualified', I by no means think that he should bypass imran khan for PMship. If we take into consideration the full context of PTI and IK, then it would have to be IK as PM. He is the founder of the party, his struggle, his vision, his international allure, and yes his ability to unit the party are all reasons that IK should be PM.
With that said AU definitely has to be the man in after IK and IK also should have him as his right hand man even now (instead of SMQ JTK etc).
With IK being the visionary leader and founder of this whole mov't, he has to PM first however, and yes AU should def be his right hand man at all times.

Imran Khan vs Asad Umer
Asad Umer is very good and competent. However, compared to IK, AU does not have the perception of Integrity, Vision or Charisma that Imran has. Imran has to be the leader #1, followed closely by Asad in #2 position.
